How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and most arrive within 7-14 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Every order comes with our 60-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we'll sort it out. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Which shoes can go in the Sneaker Wash Bag?
Most fabric, canvas and mesh sneakers, runners and school shoes. It's not suitable for suede, nubuck, or leather that isn't machine washable. Always check your shoe's care label first. Each bag fits one pair of adult shoes up to EU size 45 (about men's AU/US 11).
Will it get rid of every stain?
It's great for everyday dirt and grime. Heavy, set-in stains may need a pre-treat before washing.
Can I put the bag in the dryer?
Air dry your shoes. Don't put shoes in the dryer.
